The respondent-complainant Pundlik is informed to have been expired. The present applicant is legal heir of Pundlik intend to be sought impleadment.

As such, the application stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

We have seen the Pursis (Stamp) No.2/2022.

In view of death certificate, the Criminal Application No.1060/2020 is rendered infructuous. The application stands disposed of as infructuous. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO. 885 OF 1.
At the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, leave to amend so as to enable him to place on record the copy of charge-sheet and
2 16-APL No.885.2019 also questioned the same. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
