By this application, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the respondent no.3 to permit her to discharge duties on the post of Higher Grade Stenographer as per the order dated 11-5-2016 or to give her other equivalent posting at the office of the Chief Executive Officer. In the writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of reversion from the post of Higher Grade Stenographer to Lower Grade Stenographer. During pendency of the writ petition, the respondent no.3 has issued fresh orders promoting the petitioner to the post of Higher Grade Stenographer. Pursuant thereto, on 29-6-2016, the respondent no.3 has directed the petitioner to attend the

2 11.8caw1277.16 office of the Chief Executive Officer and to carry out the works as directed by him. In view of this communication dated 29-6-2016, the prayers made in the civil application dated 14-6-2016 do not survive.

Civil application is,therefore, disposed of.
