The major part of the grievance expressed in the petition has now been addressed and stands resolved to the satisfaction of the petitioner, as can be seen from the order dated 06.09.2019, marked "X" for identification, produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the remaining part of the grievance needs its resolution. It is about withholding of the retiral benefits payable to the petitioner. Shri Kapgate, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a statement that within a period of three months, retiral benefits would be released according to rules. The statement is accepted. The petition is disposed of in terms of the observations made hereinabove. No costs.
