By this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order of the Cabinet Minister for Rural Development and Water Conservation, dated 07/06/2016 staying the transfers of the Assistant Teachers in Zilla Parishad Bhandara.

Mrs. Kalyani Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State Government, states on instructions that the orders have been withdrawn and the stay has been lifted by the order, dated 26/07/2016.

The cause for filing the writ petition would not survive, in view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
