DATED : 21/01/2021 By this application, the applicant/respondent no. 1 has sought to withdraw the compensation deposited by the appellant along with interest. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the applicant no. 1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of compensation amount deposited by the appellant alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) to the effect that he will refund the amount with interest, in the event the appellant succeeds in the appeal.
