It is pointed out that, in the paragraph 2 of the order dated 24.04.2024 correction is needed to the effect that, in place of 'District Judge-1, Amravati' it should be 'District Judge-1, Akot'. Similarly, the name of learned Advocate be corrected as 'Shri S.S. Deshpande' in place of 'Shri S.R. Deshpande'.
