The reason put forth for causing delay is that the applicant could not get the copies of record. There is delay in filing appeal. Learned Counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed the application.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay in filing appeal. As such, delay in filing appeal is hereby condoned.
