Date : 2 nd September, 2015 The challenge in this petition is to the impugned order dated 24-3-2015 passed below Exhibit 243 in Regular Civil Suit No.194 of 2008, which is interlocutory in nature. Hence, no interference is called for. The petition is dismissed. Needless to say that all questions are left open to be agitated in a regular appeal, if such occasion arises.
