DATED : 18/02/2021 The Appellant nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 have filed this application for apportionment of compensation deposited by the Respondent-Insurance Company. It is stated that the matter was heard on 04.01.2016 and that Appellant no.1 had expired on 03.12.2017.

A statement has been made that the Appellant nos.2 to 5 are only legal representatives of the deceased Appellant no.1.

In the light of the said statement, amount deposited by the respondent-Insurance Company as per the judgment of this Court, is order to be paid to the Appellant nos.2 to 5 along with interest accrued thereon. 4.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Trupti
