The appellants have filed Compromise Pursis, marked as "X". The claim settled in full and final settlement for Rs.7,00,000/-. The respondent No.3 - Oriental Insurance Company Limited is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- with the Registry of High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur within three months from today. The applicants shall be entitled to withdraw the same in Terms of Compromise.
