The learned Advocates for the petitioners and respondent No.1 submit that the matter is amicably worked out as per the terms of compromise dated 30-03-2015 filed on record alongwith the civil application. The learned Advocates state that as per the terms of compromise, any burden is not placed on the respondent No.2 or the State exchequer. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondent No.2 has nothing to do with the terms of settlement between the petitioners and the respondent No.1. As the terms of settlement do not cast any burden on the State exchequer, the writ petition is disposed in

2 caw1368.16 terms of the compromise dated 30-03-2015 filed alongwith the Civil Application No.1368/2016. The parties to bear their own costs.

In view of the disposal of the petition, the civil application is disposed.
