Heard Shri M.P. Khajanchi, learned Counsel for the applicants and Shri A.V. Palshikar, learned A.P.P. for the State. This application is opposed by the learned A.P.P. However, considering the fact that the suicide has been committed by the deceased after the threat was issued to her on telephone by applicant No.1, there would be a doubt about fulfillment of requirements of the offence of abatement of suicide and, therefore, in my view the interim bail granted to the applicant deserves to be confirmed. Hence, the order. The application is allowed. The interim bail granted to the applicant on 21/06/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
