O R D E R

(Passed on 25.09.2021) The parties have amicably settled the dispute and to that effect filed compromise deed-cum-pursis which is marked as Article 'X'. The terms of compromise deed-cum-pursis are read over to both sides to which they accepted and signed on the same. Both learned counsel for the parties also signed on the compromise deed-cum-pursis by identifying the parties present in Court. 2.

In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise deed-cum-pursis as settled which is marked as Article 'X'. 3.

The compromise deed-cum-pursis shall be treated as part and parcel of this order.
