The petitioner is aggrieved by the orders of approval dated 12.04.2016 and 18.04.2018 by which his services came to be approved subject to the condition that he would obtain necessary training qualifications. During pendency of the writ petition the petitioner's services have been terminated on 21.10.2020.

In view of this the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of termination by initiating appropriate proceedings before the School Tribunal. It is clarified that challenge to the orders of approval as raised in the writ petition can also be raised before the School Tribunal in accordance with law. All questions based on the order of termination dated 31.03.2019 said to be served on the petitioner on 21.10.2020 are kept open for being raised before the School Tribunal.
