DATED : 04 -02-2019 Learned counsel for applicants on instructions seek leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file discharge application before the competent Court as chargesheet is filed and prays that interim relief in force vide order passed by this Court dated 21.6.2017 be continued for a further period of three weeks.

In the circumstances, prayer is allowed. Application is disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim order in force in favour of applicant nos 2,3 and 4 shall continue till 25.2.2019.
