The contention of the petitioner is that he is entitled for annual increments.

The fact remains that the services of the petitioner are already protected by the order dated 21-8-2023 passed in Writ Petition No.4019 of 2013. After passing of said order, the petitioner'

s services were placed on supernumerary post, which order was set aside by Aurangabad Bench vide order 3-9-2021 passed in Writ Petition No.3407 of 2021 with connected matters. 3.

In the aforesaid background, in case if the petitioner is entitled for release of the annual increments qua his status as that of the permanent employee, the said issue be decided in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order.

The petition stands disposed of.
