By this application, the respondent No.13 in petition has prayed for modification of the judgment dated 18th April, 2019. The respondent No.3 has prayed that the directions given to the Collector and Superintendent of Police, Chandrapur to immediately take over the supervision of the school and hostel and not to permit any private party, including the office bearers of the institution, to interfere with the administration of the institution, be recalled. It is submitted that the girls, who were boarded in the hostel, are shifted and hostel premises are locked and sealed. In view of this development, it is prayed that now, the office bearers of the institution be permitted to conduct /

2 appw145.19 supervise the activities of the school. It is undertaken before us that none of the office bearer will try to interfere with the possession of department / police over the hostel premises.

As there is no dispute that the hostel is now locked and sealed, the prayer for modification of the order and permitting the office bearers of the institution to conduct their activities relating to administration of school only, appears to be justified. Hence, granted. It is directed that the office bearers of the institution are permitted to supervise and conduct the activities relating to school only. Application is disposed accordingly.
