The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the proposal for early release of the petitioner is pending with the State Government and in near future the petitioner is likely to be released. In that view of the matter we do not find that there is any necessity to release the petitioner on furlough. The respondents are directed to take the decision with regard to early release of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within one month. The writ petition is disposed of.
