The contention of the petitioner was that the posts of the Presidents of the Zilla Parishads were not reserved by applying a correct principle of rotation.

The State Government realising that some errors were committed, has itself corrected the roster and two changes were made resulting into change of two reservations.

In that view of the matter, we find that the petition has served its purpose. Petition is disposed of as such.
