Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the show cause notice for demolition has been issued. The said notice is not subject matter of challenge in this petition.

The petitioner is at liberty to submit the reply to the said show cause notice and if any adverse order is issued against the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
