This is an application filed for seeking condonation of delay occurred in filing of the cross objection.

Although in the cause title the word "appeal" has been used, the learned counsel for the applicant/cross objector submits that it is only the mistake, and therefore, at his request, he is allowed to rectify it by substituting the word "cross objection" for the word "appeal", which may be done forthwith. Appeal has been already admitted, therefore, this application for condonation of delay in filing of the cross objection, deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly.
