This application is for direction to return record and proceedings in two of the petitions pending before the Family Court, Amravati, contending that though challenge in these petitions is to divorce proceedings, on obtaining inspection of record it reveals that the entire record and proceedings inclusive of other cases are sent to this Court due to which proceedings in said petitions are stalled. It is therefore prayed that record and proceedings in petition no. E-59/2013, for maintenance, and petition no. C-2/2017, for permanent alimony, may be returned to the Family Court, Amravati. The counsel for the respondent has no objection and since proceedings in other petitions are otherwise also found not required in the present appeal, we pass the following order :

ORDER

Record and proceedings in petition nos. E-59/2013 and C-2/2017 be returned back to the Family Court, Amravati forthwith.
