Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that there are two rival groups in the village. In the scuffle that took place, some persons were injured. I have seen the injury report and the impugned order. The injuries are of serious nature namely incised wound on the head of the complainant. Since, there are rival groups in the village and some of them are prosecuted, it would not be proper to interfere in the impugned order.

Hence, I pass the following order :-

Order A] Criminal Application (ABA) No.318 of 2015 is rejected.

B] The order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad, DistYavatmal dated 25-06-2015 is upheld. JUDGE Deshmukh
