DATED : 01-09-2021 I was not inclined to grant bail considering that the trial has commenced, three witnesses are already examined and two witnesses are scheduled to be examined today, apart from the fact that the applicant is arrested only in the year 2017 in relation to the crime committed in 2010.

At this stage, the learned Counsel Mr. A.R. Fule for the applicant submits that instead of passing a detailed order, the application be dismissed as withdrawn.
