By this application, the applicant is seeking modification and relaxation of the condition which was imposed while releasing the applicant on anticipatory bail in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.792/2024. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

They have submitted that now investigation is completed. The record shows that the applicant is co-operated with the investigating agency. As far as the further attendance is concerned which is not required as charge-sheet is filed. 3.

In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the application is allowed. The condition imposed in the order dated 11/12/2024 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.792/2024 in clause (c) directing the applicant to attend the police station is hereby cancelled.

The application stands disposed of.
