Learned counsel for petitioners informs that petitioners have already approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing Original Application No. 857/2018, and prayer for interim relief is also made therein. He further states that as there was no Division Bench, that prayer for interim relief could not be considered.

Learned A.G.P. is opposing continuation of

Order 1206wp2933.18 interim relief.

This Court has granted interim order in peculiar situation on 21.05.2018. We therefore, continue that interim order for a period of three weeks more from today, to enable petitioners to obtain suitable orders from Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Interim order will cease to operate automatically thereafter.

With these directions and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
