By this application, the applicant/appellant prays that the order passed by this Court on 17th May, 2018 recalling the order dated 16th October, 2009 suspending sentence and granting bail to the applicant and directing issuance of non-bailable warrant against him be recalled. The learned advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the applicant/appellant is present today and assures that the applicant/appellant will remain present on every date of hearing unless granted exemption by the Court. List the appeal for hearing on 18th June, 2018. The applicant/appellant shall remain present before this Court on 18th June, 2018 at 10.30 a.m. The order passed by this Court on 17th May, 2018 is recalled subject to compliance of the above condition.
