It is a admitted position that the legal heirs named in Civil Application No.1322 of 2017 are the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent. The petitioner is directed to implead the legal heirs as respondents in place and stead of the original respondent.

Such amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the newly added respondents accepts notice on their behalf.

The petition accordingly to come up for admission on 06.09.2017.
