Writ Petition is filed only because the State Forum is not taking cognizance of the prayer for grant of stay. We have looked into the papers with the assistance of learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. There are no dates placed on record pointing out when the matter was looked into by the State Forum, or then reasons for which the State Forum could not proceed further.

As we find material on record insufficient, we refuse to intervene in the matter in exercise of writ jurisdiction. Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
