Heard learned Advocate for both the sides.

The First Appellate Court delivered the judgment on 31/01/2020. The certified copy was issued on 20/02/2020. The Second Appeal could not be preferred due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. It is also true that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has extended the period of limitation as per the order passed in suo motu writ petition.

In view of that, delay caused in preferring Second Appeal is condoned.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
