DATED : 24-09-2021 I was not inclined at least, at this stage, to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Tiwari would submit that rather than rendering elaborate order, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to approach this Court again, if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months. The request is reasonable.

The learned trial Court shall frame the charge, if not already framed, within the next 30 days and shall endevour to conclude the trial within the next nine months.

If there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months, for reasons not attributable to the accused, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court afresh for bail. This liberty shall be available only if the applicant brings this order to the notice of the trial Court.

With the observations and directions supra, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
