Pursuant to the order dated 14/07/2023 the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that since the Deputy Director of Land Records is now available at Amravati, the appeal preferred by the respondent No.4 under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 would be decided on merits.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. The proceedings shall be decided on merits by the respondent No.2 after giving due opportunity to all parties. No costs.
