2) Shri Parsodkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has not gone through or noticed the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in Shyamabai wd/o Surajkaran Joshi and others vs. Madan Mohan Mandir Sanstha (2010(2) Mh.L.J.

476) on interpretation of Section 2(13) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.

3) We have gone through the aforesaid decision and the controversy involved in the present

2310wp2665.20 2/2 case is covered by the said decision. We do not find any illegality in the impugned order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
