DATE : 19-07-2022 The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that as the mother of the applicant is not well, he wants to visit his mother at least once in a month for the said purpose. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of condition imposed in paragraph 17 of the order dated 21-12-2020.

The learned APP opposes the said prayer.

Considering the request of the applicant that, he wants to meet his mother, who is not keeping well, once in a month, I am of the opinion that the request for relaxation of condition for the said limited purpose should be accepted. Accordingly, paragraph 17 of the said order is modified as under :- "The applicant shall not enter the territorial limits of village

2/2 Dhamni Khadi till the conclusion of the trial, except on last Saturday of each month between 7.00 am to 8.00 pm, to meet his mother."
