For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the fact that the applicant is resident of Amravati and alleged offence was committed within the jurisdiction of Police Station, Hudkeshwar Nagpur City, the condition is relaxed.

The applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when his presence is required.

Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
