By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner seeks an action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 9th March 2015 in Writ Petition No.5192/2014.
It is the case of the petitioner that though the respondents had clearly stated in the affidavit that the petitioner would be transferred out of Gadchiroli District in the general transfers that would be made in May 2015, the petitioner is not transferred out of Gadchiroli.
It is stated on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner had been transferred to Sangli from Gadchiroli in the general transfers of the year 2015. It is stated that the petitioner was not
14.10.cp.177.15 relieved till 28.9.2015 as the Administrative Officer did not relieve the petitioner till 28.9.2015. It is stated that the petitioner was relieved on 28.9.2015 and the petitioner must have joined the post at Sangli.
In view of the statements made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents, we dispose of the Contempt Petition with no order as to costs.
