The same accused, convicted by the Sessions Court for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(f)(i) (n) of the Indian Penal Code r/w. Section 5(n) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has preferred these two Criminal Applications with Criminal Appeals. The accused approached this Court through Mr.Mahesh Rai, learned Counsel, who filed Criminal Application (Appa) No.279 of 2017 with Criminal Appeal. However, Criminal Application (Appa) No.432 of 2017 along with Criminal Appeal has been filed by Mr.D.A.Sonane, learned Counsel (appointed) through Legal

The appellant/applicant is, therefore, permitted to withdraw Criminal Application (Appa) No.432 of 2017 along with the Criminal Appeal as Criminal Application (Appa) No.432 of 2017 was filed earlier.

Mr.Sonone, learned Counsel shall be entitled to fees of Rs.1,500/- for drafting the matter.
