This is an application for condonation of delay of 790 days in preferring the First Appeal. Learned counsel for applicant fairly concedes that in the light of decision of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Imratlal and others Vs. S.L.A.O., the delay be condoned subject to condition that the appellant shall not claim any interest for the enhanced amount of compensation from the date of Judgment of the Tribunal till today. Accordingly, application is allowed. In view thereof, subject to condition of applicant not being entitled to claim interest on the
