2.

The record of proceeding indicates that the petitioner is not at all interested to prosecute the matter which deserves to be disposed of. The criminal writ petition was disposed of for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2021 by assigning adequate reasons. The petitioner sought restoration of the petition by filing Criminal Application (Appw) No.111/2021. However, once again for want of prosecution, restoration application was rejected. In the wake of said position, this second restoration application was filed. Always it is an endeavour of Courts to give an opportunity to the parties to get their proceedings decided on merit. However, the peculiar facts of this case itself loudly demonstrate that the petitioner does not want

appp1413.21.O.odt to proceed with the matter. On 08.06.2022, noting the said conduct the matter was adjourned with a hope that at least today the petitioner would appear and proceed with the case. However, the history repeats. Therefore, absolutely there is no substance in keeping the matter alive. In view of that the application stands disposed of for want of prosecution.
