The applicant/appellant has filed this application for permitting it to deposit the awarded compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in this Court, for which the learned counsel for the respondents has given no objection.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submitted that the cheque is ready and he will deposit the same in the Court by 17.06.2025.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque for compensation, along with accrued interest

Upon deposit and encashment of the amount, the same shall be transferred to the District Court, Yavatmal, for disbursement to the original applicant/respondent No.1.

After receipt and encashment of the amount, the District Court, Yavatmal shall disburse the amount along with accrued interest thereon to the original applicant/respondent No.1.
