Shri N. R. Patil, Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. CORAM : A. S. CHANDURKAR AND URMILA JOSHI-PHALKE, JJ. DATE : July 08, 2022 The petitioner has filed Original Application No.648/2022 challenging initiation of enquiry proceedings on various counts. In those proceedings the petitioner filed Civil Application No.234/2022 praying that the enquiry proceedings be stayed till the Original Application is decided. On that application the Tribunal on 23/06/2022 was pleased to issue notice and the proceedings were adjourned for four weeks. Perusal of this order does not indicate as to whether the prayer for grant of ad-interim relief has been considered and refused. In that view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the prayer made in Civil Application No.234/2022 before the Tribunal. The Tribunal after hearing the parties may indicate whether it is inclined to consider and grant interim relief or is not so inclined.

By keeping the points raised in the writ petition open, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
