The applicant has filed a separate petition bearing Writ Petition No.433 of 2014, raising a challenge to the inclusion of the Twenty Three Mathadi Workers for loading and unloading work of the petitioner herein. The said writ petition is admitted. At the most, the applicant can make an appropriate application-request for clubbing the petitions for hearing. The applicants are not necessary parties to this petition, more so, when they have challenged the very action of the Mathadi Board.
The civil application stands rejected.
