The learned A.P.P. has raised objection to the tenability of the application on the ground that the applicant has remedy of filing appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant realized that he has remedy of filing the appeal and therefore, the appeal is already filed. In view of filing of the appeal, permission is sought to withdraw the application.
The application is disposed accordingly.
