The petition stands disposed of with the following order:

(a) It shall be open for the petitioner to claim interim relief in the pending dispute bearing Dispute No.37/2024 (Rajesh Shrawan Malewar and another v. Jan Kalyan Sahakari Pat Sanstha Maryadit, Tumsar and others) on the file of Co-operative Court at Nagpur.

(b) Apart from above, the petitioner can give his offer for One Time Settlement, which can be dealt with by respondent No.1 in accordance with law.
