Considering the fact that the impugned order has been passed on 29.1.2015 allowing the amendment in plaint, I am not inclined to examine the challenge on merit. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 29.1.2015 in an Appeal, if the occasion arises. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
