DATE : 06.03.2020 Mr. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioners, points out the order dated 25.05.2018, which records that the temporary injunction operated during the pendency of the appeal before the District Court, which is continued by this Court till further orders. He submits, that in case the interim order is continued and the suit is directed to be decided within a period of six months, if agreeable to the counsel for respondent, the petition can be disposed of.

Mrs. Chaudhari, learned Counsel for respondent has expressed her agreement to this proposition, in light of which, the Trial Court is directed to decide Regular Civil Suit No. 287/2017, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of order of

922 WP 2984-2018.odt this court. During the above period of six months, the temporary injunction, which operated during the pendency of the appeal shall continue. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
