When the Court was not inclined to grant any relief in this Appeal filed under Section 14A of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the learned counsel for the appellant Shri Virat Mishra submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal and be permitted to file fresh application before the Trial Court for regular bail in view of filing of chargesheet.
