By the present application, the appellant is seeking temporary injunction restraining the respondents not to create third party interest in respect of suit property. 2.

The appellant filed suit for specific performance of contract which came to be decreed by the trial Court and confirmed by the appellate Court. The appellant is aggrieved with some part of the decree therefore appeal has been filed. It is apprehended that the respondents may dispose-off the suit property which would frustrate the decree. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents are not going to dispose-off the suit property. 4.

Considering his statement, the parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of suit property. Accordingly, the application disposed of.
