Perused the order dated 7/2/2018. Advocate Shri Chawhan for petitioner and Advocate Shri Shukul for respondent no.4 are seeking time.

Respondent no.1 has filed affidavit stating that alternate premises will be occupied by 31/8/2018 and the present structure shall not be used thereafter for any purposes whatsoever.

Though respective Counsel are seeking time to verify the position, accepting the statement and with a direction to the respondents to stop using present structure in reserved forest after 31/8/2018, we partly allow the writ petition and dispose it of.
