The petitioner seeks pensionary benefits pursuant to his superannuation on 30.06.2019. During pendency of the proceedings the technical break in service of 2102 days came to be condoned by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli. Thereafter, pursuant to the order dated 29.11.2022 the petitioner attended the office of Headmaster of the concerned High School and completed the formalities of signing the relevant documents. Today, the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the pension papers of the petitioner would be forwarded to the finance department of the Zilla Parishad. Thereafter, the proposal for releasing the pensionary benefits would be forwarded to the respondent No.1. He submits that this process is likely to take about three months.

By accepting the aforesaid statement and by directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take all necessary steps to enable the petitioner to receive pensionary benefits
